TweetAs we head into the winter and people tend to bulk up a bit I notice a lot of wild natty sup stacks. So what are you taking this winter....other than the normal whey, fish oil, and creatine

Tweetit has been shown to enhance the effects in your cycle (which mechanism i am not sure). i just saw a write up on it a couple days ago. i dont know how much validity it has to it just yet but the results i read were pretty promising. it is also good for the pump just like the viagra is with far less sides. personally it is a better and more tolerated pre workout pump enhancer than the others are. the other enhancements are a plus as well haha

TweetI take everything but the kitchen sink and if I thought the kitchen sink was good for me, I would take that too lol
I just bought a bottle of wheat germ oil because in the old days, it was supposed to be a miracle supplement . The taste is pretty rough, but a great source of vitamin E.
I would list all my supplements, but it would be way too long
TweetLet's hear them!!!

TweetToo many to list, but staples are VPX Medivin multi-vitamin pack, TUDCA, NAC, Lipid Stabil, B Complex, Xtreme Joint, BCAA, PWO, Karbolic, Whey Protein, other things here and there...when blasting will add other support supplements.
TweetI take Brewers yeast because it is a great source of b-complex vitamins. Its cheap. Im guessing its not the same as the other yeasts because brewers yeast tastes absolutely brutal. lol When I tell people to take brewers yeast, they almost throw up haha
I read a book once called secrets of People who dont get sick. One of the main supplements they recommended was brewers yeast. Have been taking it ever since
