TweetA compressed nerve is my thought. Since it is both hands I would think maybe in the cervical spine? EMG and nerve conduction study, could tell if it is from compressed nerves.
TweetThroughout my life I have experienced the usual extremities to so call "fall asleep", which I assume happens every so often with mostly everyone. As of lately though it has been getting really bad. There is no real reason I can see for my hands to "fall asleep" and it is happening when I am just sitting there and it is so bad when I sleep that I can only sleep in certain positions or my hands immediately fall asleep. It's been happening on a daily basis and wondering what are some reasons for causing this?

TweetI really want to avoid taking a trip to the doctor, but might have to.
TweetMaybe try a good magnesium supplement? Certain Supps can cause such symptoms as well as a lack of certain vitamin levels

TweetHey rocky
I was thinking about this a little more, you should at least go and get some scans/xrays imo. Have to make sure those bones are good
