TweetMy favorite daily meal is breakfast. I pretty much keep it the same daily. Sometimes change it up on the weekend. Its hard to plan dinners around here as I have to cook for 2 picky people so it varies daily. My breakfast though is usually 4 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, a handful of fresh spinach and also just plain ole oatmeal. Sometimes I will make up some nitrate free bacon and add it to the eggs and spinach.
