TweetRaises hand! UGh and a few others that I know of here. Lately its been crazy. Have to make sure iron level stays normal as if it gets low it can make RLS worse. Feel you pain..
TweetAnyone suffer from this condition? I've had RLS for many years. Lately, it's getting worse and affecting my arms, neck, back and even into my scalp. Sleep (deep REM sleep) is nonexistent for me, as I'm usually pacing the house while the rest of the family sleeps. I'm averaging around 4-5 broken hours of sleep per night -- typically 4-5 nights per week. This shit needs to end. It's slowly killing me.

TweetI take an iron supplement, along with magnesium and vitamin d -- religiously. I STIM my legs everynight as it seems to help, along with a cold shower, voodoo flossing to squeeze/pump the blood out of my legs to help with circulation, plus a half dozen other things to prevent/control my RLS. But heck, I'm at a loss. Some nights, all my rituals work, other nights... nothing. I've been used Parkinson's medications... which work wonders but makes me feel like a zombie in the morning. ugh!
