TweetIt's funny when you hear of guys that can't gain weight, but when asked about their diet it doesn't come as a surprise that they aren't eating much at all. I use to tell guys to eat nutrient and calorically dense foods (i.e. peanut butter, butter, nuts, seeds, whole milk, fatty meats, etc...) while maintaining a food log/diary to keep oneself accountable.

My metabolism was so high when i was younger and being an ecto it was hard to gain weight and that was way before i knew what dieting actually was. Now that i know how to eat its not hard at all and im eating every 3-4 hours and its only enough to cut lol.

no this is absolutely no joke at all. these guys do everything possible to be as big and as strong as they can. they could care less how they look and eating egg whites and chicken breasts damn sure arent going to cut it when you squat over 1k pounds dead lift 7-8 or 900 pounds and bench press 500 or more. the dude in the video i am pretty sure is a world record holder in the squat(could be wrong and it could have changed) and has put out a ton of top tier lifters from his gym. i am damn sure not in favor of how these guys do what they do but it is how some of them get to where they are. i will post up another one that will also blow you away at the suggestions another world class dude puts out there. it will blow your mind
