Awesome, I'm glad you mentioned it because that's what I was planning on starting with lol. From what I read, coconut oil is about 60% MCT and predominantly lauric acid. Whereas the fractionated coconut (MCT) oil has the lauric acid removed and only the capric and caprylic acids. One interesting thing I read about lauric acid is that it can have a favorable effect on cholesterol levels. That's definitely one huge plus giving coconut oil superiority over the others.
i have been known to know a trick every now and then haha. stuff makes you feel amazing also, skin hair, and joints. i freaking love the stuff
