Tweeti highly recommend it but not on leg day. grab you a box of fresh hot and ready glazed krispy kremes toss them puppies on the waffle iron for 45 seconds or so, then add bacon to a pair. it's game over haha. not something i do often but when i do, i do it classy

TweetI eat 5 or 6 every morning and only organic. they do taste better but still getting sick of them. Used to make them with cheeses and fresh spinach and I enjoyed them then. Now I am not doing cheese but I guess I can try them with just spinach

try this:
beat 8 eggs with a splash of milk. add mushrooms, diced ham or bacon, tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos. use pam in a muffin tin. pour your eggs in each one then sprinkle a little cheese on top. bake at 350 until done in the middle.
