My Favorite Food, Whats Yours !!!
TweetI dont know about most of you guys and ladies, but after I train I get HUNGRY !!!
Wasnt always this way but I think my body Just started to really enjoy food so I have to feed the machine !!!
After your workout, do you come home and eat ? If so what is your favorite or go to meal after training ?
I personally like 2-3 chicken breasts, golden brown , w/ either brown rice and red beans or pasta, but if i can get a good steak , medium well , w/ 2-3 potatoes Ill have that !!! Cant forget my protein shake. I always drink a protein shake w/ my post workout meal , its actually really good that way , I think anyways !!!
Plus a tall glass of water !!!
What do you guys GNAW on !!!

Tweet2 scoop shake then in 1 hour chicken. Chicken at least 5 days a week. I buy it by the case now.

TweetI work out from 5-7am so I usually eat right before work or as in checking my emails when I get to work. Honesty my favorite post workout meal is a toss up between a turkey sandwhich, a chicken cutlet hero or left over chicken over fettuccini alfredo. There is nothing like the look on people's faces when they see me eating leftovers at 7:30am. They often ask "you're having that for breakfast?" To which I reply "no breakfast was at 3:30am this is just meal #2. "

Tweetwell i would say my all time favs would be pizza and ice cream or a nice fat cheese burger and ice cream but my normal go to is either one of the following:
ground turkey and cream of rice
steak and sweet potato
chicken and red potato
tilapia and rice or something along those lines
