I use coconut oil when I make my popcorn - that is what is usually used in the theaters, etc., which helps give it that distinctive taste you do not get from home. I own a large, stand up popper for my theater room. :)

I have one of those ninja blender (great investment) and it turns the coconut oil into small little beads smaller than the side of those candies called nerds and you don't notice it.

Yep thats what i meant, a cold shake doesnt mix with the oil.

Have not used it for eggs. I have used it on salmon and it's amazing. Want to try it on steak but not sure how it'll end up and I don't want to ruin a $12 steak lol
Yea id have to say a steak with cocount wouldnt taste very good.. Chicken it goes well with. Ill toss in a little when i mix my chicken/white rice..
