Tweettudca.
more energetic, better digestion and a bunch of other stuff from an unstressed liver. goggle some of the studies on the stuff. they have even brought people with alcohol cirosis back to functioning livers in some cases. so that is pretty crazy if you ask me.

TweetI'm running tudca right now (for about 16 weeks now) along with nac and ala. I'll be staying on the tudca after this weekends comp and will be getting labs drawn 4 weeks later. My liver enzymes have been elevated on every blood I've had drawn this past year so I'm interested to see my values. Will update in about a month.
TweetOk I've heard good things about tudca. Not cheap stuff and hard to find here in canada. You say your liver is stressed... what symptoms do you get?
TweetI'm in Canada pretty sure I got the tudca on Amazon or bodybuilding.com I can look to see if you need.
Dream Big and create it...
TweetNone just the elevated enzymes
TweetLiv 52 & Nac. I was running two Liv52 DS a day and 1200mg of Nac a day and my liver bloods came back fine while running Tren and Dbol. Everyone's body is different though I also take a multi vitamin and a vitapack.
TweetI see different company's make Tudca is there a preference?? I will be picking some up soon.
Personally milk thistle is all Iv ever used but I think I need something more supportive
Tweetbrand pref on the tudca isnt really all that important as long as it actually has tudca in it. as far as milk thistle goes, it has been proven to not do anything at all for the liver. you are far better off with ala nac and some tudca. a minimum of nac is a must though

Tweetyep, the two that have been the mainstay of many for years. NAC can be bought in bulk cheap, it tastes terrible but works and liv 52 is tried and true
TweetKeep us posted gusto I'm interested in seeing your results.
TweetSynthergine nothing else even comes close!
TweetI use a combination of nac, milkthise, and just recently tudca. I've never had liver issues but i take support supps year around.
Animal the manimal
TweetIf your liver is healthy you won't feel any different. Get your bloods done. If you've been taking Liv 52 twice a day I'm sure you are just fine. You can't go wrong with it.
