TweetAfter reviewing this I can't help but notice how lax I've been with my fiber supps. I take them but not daily like I probably should.
Tweetmultivitamin-1 a day type product
protein powder- about 50g's a day
creatine-5 grams daily
aminos- 10grams bcaa intra right now, but i'm not picky on amounts or if it's just bcaa's or eaa's too...used intraworkout
healthy fats- fish oil, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, macadamon oil...not picky there either, a nice blend throughout the week usually

TweetThat kashi stuff and now oatmeal with SF syrup satisfies me just fine. They're gonna be staples again here shortly.
Tweetvery nice well thought out and laid out supp setup here:
taurine: great cheap and knocks cramps down like a champ
arginine: another cheap addition for pump and positive nitrogen balance
Acidophilus: gut health yeah buddy
calcum d3- bone and hormone health which are very important. great choice with this as well, that is as long as you dont get kidney stones
vit c- another great one for immune health and fighting off free radicals
orange triad- one of my personal favs. joint digestive support and multi vit/mineral complex. this stuff is also very cheap and worth its weight in gold to me
glutamine- recovery and a host of other benefits from this one as well
flax: cheap and very good healthy fat that does a number of great things to keep us healthy
preworkout- check to get through that grueling zumba session or leg day
alphamine- fat burner. i have tried this one out personally and i really really like it.
protein- trix has a host of different proteins in her arsenal so all the bases are covered on this one
ginko- only thing i know about this stuff is it is really good for the brain and nerves
Glucosamine, Condroitin MSM- cheap proven joint support supp.
iron- this is a pretty normal staple in a females lineup and in people that dont get enough red meat and iron containing foods. not a good one to take if you dont need it cause it can cause some serious harm
L-Lysine- another cheap and great addition
Fish Oil- great fat source that has unreal health benefits from the heart to the joints. cant beat this one

I'm a big fan of creatine... gonna have to look into beta alanine. Looks like there's creatine products out there which have beta alanine included in them. Going to have to check those out.
