TweetOk guys I think I've tried every joint supp known to man over the past two decades or more. I had bought a supp in bulk a year ago, it was decent but nothing to write home about. Personally the jury is still out if glusoamine supps work or not but I guess I'd rather waste the money and find out it really does work down the road..or maybe I'm so used to using it that is why I can't tell the difference.

Is there anything revolutionary out there or new? With all the knowledge we have shouldn't something be out there that works!

TweetI take a ton of supplements and dont have any joint pain, thank goodness. I dont take any chondroitin or glucosamine but handfuls of turmeric, ginger, fish oil and magnesium...I really do think it helps

Not to high jack this thread but is there any brand of magnesium supp better than others. Or just mag. is mag?? When i went to the doc last week they said i needed to take a magnesium supp, bc I didnt have normal levels in my blood. I stay hydrated take a multivitamin and all that stuff tho.

I recently read that the majority of americans have a magnesium deficiency-one of the symptoms can be muscle pain ..I bought a Magnesium complex from swanson vitamins it has mg oxide, aspartate and citrate. Its cheap

i dont follow the two servings of 3 tabs a day myself. i do 2 tabs 3x a day instead for the added digestive support 3x a day as opposed to two.

i am def not a big supp guy or someone that suggest supps that often but when i find something good that works i share the love for sure. the joint support aspect is great and keeps the pain very well at bay but the kicker for me was how well the digestive support helped my guts out. i freaking love the stuff and have been using it for many years now.
funny storry, a buddy of mine suggested i switch over to animal's joint formula and i did. that lasted about 3 wks and after elbows and everything else started hurting and guts went to hell i went right back to the triad and gave him the remainder of the animal stuff haha.

two downsides are 1-it is highly addictive and 2- it interferes with muscle breakdown and growth lol. i got blown up really bad and only got 2 days off to recover and went back to work. doc was giving me the injection version ed and flexoril at night or when i had down time to sleep. when another doc told me i would get hooked on it, i made them stop and i sucked up the pain
