Tweetlow dose dnp is going to give you the most bang for you buck. it isnt going to hammer your heart and kidneys like other stimulate based fat burners do. again everyone says dnp is poison and is bad blah blah blah. well i learned from a pro that it does interfere with your training and how you feel when you push the dose up high and their is no need to crank it up to that level. 150-300mg and you will feel great and the fat will melt off.

as far as other choices:
prime nutrition backdraft xp (you have to cycle it because your body adjusts to the capsicums in it)
black lion incinderine (great burner with a bit of stim to it)
alphamine (i tried this stuff and love it)

my biggest suggestion for you if you are looking to go with a otc supplement would be to give tgb a call or shoot them an email. they wont steer you wrong and rip you off. the dude knows his stuff and doesnt put you on a product because it is the most expensive

Good suggestion! I was going to put tgb in my original message.. yes he is good and is great at his customer service! I placed an order a number of weeks back, usps is stupid and said they were unable to deliver the package..?, anyhow, Trevor was with me the whole way and ended up refunding me as I/we didn't want to take a chance of the pack not being delivered again.. great guy! ! Baby.. you wanna chime in or tgb rep..??

Guns got it good, incinderine is solid we have one left right now more is on the way. Alphamine and norcodrene from pes are solid burners as well. Our best seller is synedrex from metabolic nutrition its very strong we havent had anyone take over 1 cap.

dirt i knew a guy that turned me onto the process last year that dropped about 45ish lbs in just under 12wks. the dude only did 3-4 light 20 min cardio sessions a wk and he kept a constant cal and carb content for the duration. he got freaking nasty peeled and suffered no ill effects at all and was actually able to gain about 9lbs the last 2wks filling back out into the show he did. i am sure some people dont tolerate the heat from the stuff and have other issues but he stayed at 300 for about 3wks and then dropped to 150 for the duration. so that is far less than what you see people using and getting all the nasty side effects. i was sold on it for a good fat burner that doesnt hammer your heart and keep you tweaked out of your mind 24/7

TweetIn my comp days , I loved clenbuterol. Good ol spiropent tabs were my go to fat burner. I went on vacation once in cancun and bought loads of it and brought it home in my suitcase. I took all the tabs and put them in a vitamin c bottle LOL. That was 20 years ago. Now days its easy to find, I think.
Anymore all I take is caffeine. Best fat burner is still physical work.

TweetI have never used a fat burner and Fuzo hasn't either since the old Hydroxycut MANY years ago. So I cant tell you which one is good or not. When I want to blast more fat, I add in 2 to 3 HIIT cardio sessions into my week, along with clean eating.
