      crock pot chicken man:

1 can of cream of mushroom (try the low fat/low sodium one)
1 can of cream of chicken (same)
      3lbs chicken breast
      1 chopped stalk of celery

cook it on high for 3 hours or on low for 6-8 hours

Rotisserie Chicken, you can pick them up anywhere but Sam's Club has huge perfectly cooked ones.
Frozen pre-cooked shrimp, heat in boiling water for 5 minutes and go
Edamame frozen, pop the bag in the microwave
Pre-cooked Chicken Sausages, I got some that are infused with Mozzarella and Roasted Garlic
Omelets are fast and easy, sometimes I add frozen vegetables

Fire up the grill on Sun, cook a bunch of steak/chicken/salmon...throw some sides together and slam them in portions in Tupperware. All set to grab and go
