Six star creatine really? For taste too? I got the creator by muscle tech (makers of sic star) and I find it does nothing and the taste is a far cry from good!

Tweetyou are going to have a hard time finding a bar that beats the fit crunch bars. quest makes a pretty good product and if you throw it in the microwave for 10 sec or so it is pretty damn good. almost like a cheat lol.

now for products, take a look at prime nutrition's lineup. they list all their ingredients out(no prop blends) and they are as bare bones basic as they get. john meadows and evan centaponi belong to the company so that should speak pretty well about the company esp since neither one will put their name on anything they dont actually believe in

I've had the oh yeah bars and they definately good!! They make you say ohhh yeah. The fit crunch bars cookies and cream... omg it's like eating an ore cookie with ice cream. Soooo damn good! The combat bars are good too, a nice treat. Not everybody has them but if you can find the labrada cookie bars... omg after 5-10 sec in the microwave... omg are they good!.

find a prewokrout with agmatine and nitrates if you want a pump, they are the best things for pump going righ tnow

TweetC4 is my go to pre workout and has been for a while. As far as the pump, its all about the lift brother.

Quest bars?? What is it with people and these quest bars?? They taste good but it's like chewing on a leather shoe! Same ole chewy nasty, gotta have 5 gallons of water on hand to choke it down bars..
