I know the guys will give you great feedback in here. Are you sure that is all it is...maybe you have a tear?
TweetAs Some of you know Iv got tendinitis in my wrists and my right shoulder, well I haven't trained since December and even then I wasn't going hard due to it getting worse, this summer I ran tren test mast blend then cruised on to a test NPP dbol cycle, well after all that I noticed the pain was getting much worse to the point I couldn't lift a pound without it hurting horribly. So here I am with almost 3 months off and they still hurt, not as bad but it's defiantly not gone to the point I feel I could go lift... What can I do besides ibuprofen? Hgh??? I gotta get back in gym ASAP.

TweetSweet thanks B1 I'll check it out.
TweetOh man bro, I suffer from this also. I haven't had mine checked out but you have to know you probably have a combination of things...small tears, arthritis and obviously tendonitis (and other tendon issues).
TB500 helps but using it long term concerns me. I also think I haven't used "enough" and need to increase the dosing but it can get pricey when doing so. Make sure your nutrient intake is up, some minerals like magnesium can really wreck you if your on the low end. Stretching and MOD work help a lot also. It gets time consuming but it does work to break stuff up.
Also, I use a tens unit (electro shock)...this therapy really works for getting down deep into tissues.
As far as topical stuff, look into using DMSO. I use an arnica (herb) cream/gel first and then rub in the dmso on top. This really works greats for shoulders and knees.
Rotating things and trying new stuff is the name of the game because just like muscles these parts of the body work against you also!
TweetI think you definitely have a tear. That sucks but lets say you need surgery worst case. 6 months out of the gym and you bounce back in 3 after that. I would definately see a doc and get someone to get to the exact reason you have the pain. Don't take that bull shit advice either when he looks at you and sais maybe you strained it. try resting it and see what happens. Fuck you doctor. I want xrays and mri's and all that shit. pinpoint it. They did that with my knee. Told me to rest it but in the meantime it was fucking up more walking on it. I think i made sense in this paragraph.
TweetSo you guys think I should get a MRI? Or just wait it out another month?
TweetYes get an mri

TweetThanks everybody. From the research Iv done thanks to this thread I now am pretty confident it's tendinosis not tendinitis. It prolly started out as tendinitis and of course I kept on lifting heavy.
TweetThymosin Beta 5, our peptide sponsors have it. i am using it now fro a minor tear in my quad. hard to say if it working yet but many guys swear by it for injuries
Tweeti am on it right now. first 2 injects every 3 days were 4mg now 2mg every 3 days for my hammy tear. will let yall know how i do.
TweetI've had tendinitis in my elbow since Christmas and haven't really been able to lift. It's driving me nuts to get back to the gym. Started acupuncture and electrotherapy at the chiropractor. But that doesn't really seem to be helping. After reading these posts I'm very interested in TB500 and have ordered some.
It's been a while since I've been on here. So forgive me and tell me to shut up if I'm asking a forbidden question. But can you not get BAC water on sites readily anymore? All the post I'm finding on it are from back in 2012.
Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat. - Teddy Roosevelt
