TweetThat's an irony. Patients diagnosed of CKD have limited water intake which would make them prone to constipation. Taking Senna can help.

He said he "can't run CKD" anymore so I am thinking he is talking about something else

TweetSounds like you need more hydration. Also there is soluble and insoluble fiber. One et bulks it up snd one moves it along. Eith being on a ckd reg and extra fiber you need extra fluids too

Tweetwhen you are running that type of diet setup man you are shocking the crap out of your body and digestive system. going from little to no carbs and then back to some carbs and then back to zero is doing a serious mind screw on you haha. that pain is coming from probably a combo of gas buildup and backed up poo. i am not a doctor so it could be something seriously wrong with you, just to make that clear lol. my people that run keto and ckd always keep phsyllum husk in their plans the entire time. the key to this is it has to be absolutely sugar free (the physullym husk). 1-2 table spoons 3 or more times a day is going to keep everything moving along
