TweetWhat are your thoughts on dietitians?
Are they helpful for bodybuilders and our health?
I mean I guess it depends some may understand ones needs and some may be totally against what we do...

TweetIf someone wants one or needs one, I don't think it is a bad idea at all. I know someone who is starting a new FDA approved diet pill and her doc ordered here to see a nutritionist, as well, before she would even prescribe the medicine

TweetWas just curious I had a massage today and it was a different style, reflexolgy. She did my neck and shoulders too but it is feet and she says my pancreas I believe and my stomach are tight or the areas linked to them, as well as my large intestine slightly, they can tell they have had issues but not if it's old or present, anyway she said pancreas and stomach are linked to over tight muscles which I have always even though I stretch a lot. And she suggested a dietitian or googling foods with too much acid and ones that will help lower stomach acid, i take prescription pills to stop my stomach from producing too much acid bc I get bad acid reflux due to valve in throat bot closing properly.

TweetAre you trying to eat low carb to lean out ? I notice very little carbs in your diet .
TweetI talked with a dietitian years ago and she thought bodybuilders ingest way too much protein . I told her I weigh 168 pounds and consume as much as 200 grams of protein a day and that blow her mind . She told me around 100 grams is more then sufficient and too much can lead to kidney damage when I think this has not happened with healthy individuals like myself .
Tweetmy doc told me this is bs junk science and has been disproved a very long time ago. if you suffer from kidney disease or kidney issues you dont want to overload on protein but saying it contributes to kidney damage is ignorant. my wife's step father is on dialisis(sp) and the dude weighs like 270 and they tell him he needs a minimum of 270-300g of pro a day to maintain his bmi. so something isnt jiving is these people's studies
