      Get your ASS on some TUDCA ASAP 600 to 1200Mg per day for at least a month. That will get those liver values back to normal in a hurry. Next time you run drol at that dose you must run TUDCA alongside at 600mg per day.

      Measure bf % tonight and I am currently at 18%. I hopes for better but all good. Did some cardio, a half hr super drained.
      Today was similar diet lol sorry
