TweetEchoing what others had said. My go-to pre-workout is Pump Juice Extreme, but if you're looking to avoid any of that stuff and can't readily find a product, just get the bulk ingredients to make your own:
- caffeine
- agmatine
- l-citrulline or citrulline malate
- GMS
- beta alanine
- betaine
- NAT
- LCLT
You certainly don't need them all, but those are some easy ones to start with that get you what you need.
And post it just depends on your goals and daily diet. I like whey isolate and dextrose immediately after, but have been using Karbolic after running out of my 50 pound bag of dextrose lol.
