An ounce at a time, about a shot glass full, every couple hours. I take one before I sleep and immediately when I wake up. It really is antinflammatory and many people swear it acts like viagra. lol...
TweetYou can drink it. 6-8 ounces a day in divided doses. I cant stand to go a day without it. If I ever run out, I am going straight to the store. I dont recommend drinking all 8 ounces at once. Too big an insulin spike. I just take the bottle out and take a chug every hour or two so I have constant pomegranate running thru my bloodstream all the time

i reckon one could get an extract tablet that a few tabs would be equivalent to a bottle of that stuff. i wonder if it is as good for you.
i take acai which is a super antioxident berry with similar properties. i will see which one is cheaper
