      well this is what i have kinda come up with so far as to what my meals will be like.. now i work 6pm to 6am so all my stuff is ass back wards..lol plus i only get 15 min breaks at work with one half hour lunch.. breaks are 8 and 10 then lunch is midnight then another break at 2 and 4..

      Monday-Friday

      2pm: 2 scoops whey and 1/2 cup of oats blended in a shake.. ( pre-workout)

      2:30pm - 3:45pm: work outs ( post work out drink) not sure what im getting yet...

      4pm: 6 egg white only one whole, 1 cup oatmeal with blueberries

      6pm: scoops whey

      8pm: 8 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice , and asparagus

      10pm: any type of fruit with 1 cup of almonds

      12am: 10 oz chicken with yam

      2am: 2 scoops whey

      4am: 10 oz salmon, steamed veggies

      6am: cottage cheese or hard boil eggs

      8am: BED TIME!!!!!!

      Looks like a good mix of whole food and whey night shift is a tough shift for me to eat right I used mainley mrps and whey on nights I'm not a night person hard for me too eat good luck brother

      ya it sucks.. cuz depending on what job i have to do that night my breaks are not always the same.. i could go 3 or 4 hours before i get one.. sucks..

      If you could make them all solid full meals that a goood number of meals. Guns would be the man to talk to about this, he might have ideas on easy to eat full meals.

      I have 2 shakes a day. It's impossible for me to get what I need in with my schedule without them so I understand your pain here. Looks pretty good to me. If you have the ability I would have a meal In place of one of the shakes though.

      I have 2 shakes a day but one is my post workout shake and the other a pre bed shake with whey/casein. and eat 5-7 full meals on top of those.
