Tweetwhy you saying ths? you could easily stay within a small budget and eat big. concentrate your meals around calorie dense source carbohydrates (ie oatmeal, brown rice, yams, sweet potatoes), fats (ie flax seed oil, peanut butter), and a good assortment of affordable protein from lean red meats, dairy, poultry, powders, fish, etc. I prefer (in any diet, whether a bulk or cut) to taper off my carb intake throughout the day and/or replacing complex carbs like oatmeal in the morning and brown rice during lunch, for fiber rich vegetables.
