Dude, if your are trying to bulk, eat everything and anything! Especially for your 1st cycle. You don't want to get depressed after doing your first cycle and not gaining worth a crap.
Natural Peanut butter is a great way to add calories and good fats. Flax Seed oil is another easy way to add 90 calories and great fats. Meat. Eat a lot of meat....enought said about that. If you eat every 3 hours, you should be fine for calories.
Yes dbol will cause you to hold extra water, but don't worry about it while bulking. It's your first cycle, bulk, and don't worry about your bf for now.
