Tweet15g total seems like a bit of over kill im good with 5mg preworkout. the gallon of water i drink at the gym alone i swell up whatever body part im training. occasionally ill do 5mg post but not usually. i heave heard it helps with absorption but i dont notice it is maybe why i dont do it. free to opinions though
Tweeti guess if i use carnivore protein then it has creatine in it but never checked how much....if anyone tries it only get fruit punch the rest have a really weird after taste.
