I was in my 20s and blasting multiple compounds. For me taking dhea at that time was as useful as a pea shooter to take out an elephant as far as muscle growth and recovery. I would try it again now in my 30s tho for s&g's. During my dhea run I found gnc's to be the most tolerable.
