Diet is my weakest point at least cutting diets. I can eat red meat all day so bulking diets are easy for me.

That being said I am on the hunt for abs right now. I have just cut out all bread and red meat. I switched to low fat creamer in my coffee and stopped adding sugar.

I switched my rice for mixed veggies and switched all my snacks to fruits

So my question is how healhy are egg whites for you? Are they healthy and lean enough for you to eat like twice a day?

I am also looking for helpful ideas on things to eat to help me lean up. I am just bairly starting to show upper abbs so I would assume im maybe no more then 15%bf?

I know celery burns more cals then it takes in but also fills you so i have been eating that later at night instead of other foods.

So if you have any suggestions on what to eat or links to recipes that make a lot of lean healthy food for cheap please post the links. I am going to search through our pages here I know we have some good ones.
