I have never used a fraction of what you listed.
Good clean nutrition will do the trick. Just eat a bit
below your maintenance needs. Keep training hard/

Tweetyeah the diet i'm leaning towards a diet that starts with High fats and moderate protein for breakfast....most of my carbs will be taylored pre and post workout
ANS diablo and tt33 both get fairly nice reviews....all the other stuff is basically proteins and aminos
