I sleep pretty poor in the first place but this last week has been killer. I got three hours in the day before and put in a miserable shift. I woke up at 1am again this morning. I think I'm to the point in cutting I need to feed in the night. I tried a casein shake and felt a little better. I always have one right before bed. I thought I was still hungry so I made a bowl of hot clam chowder. I was out like a light.

I remember the other year I had to feed in the middle of the night when I was getting cut. I'm sure clam chowder every night is pretty counter productive.

Does anyone else get up in the night to eat? What are you eating to sleep?
