Inside or outside? I have some serious inside tendinitis... Medial epicondylitis just showed up because I stated a new training program and my form is jacked up and causing stress in my elbow.

TweetI stuck my elbow in an ice bath every night for about 15 minutes and then dunked it under the hot sink water for about 3 minutes as hot as I could stand. It worked and the elbow pain went away. Had to stay away from pain inflicting exercises for a while. Thank God ....Good luck with that elbow.

TweetI just had elbow tendonitis surgery. I had bad tendonitis on both the medial and lateral sides of the elbow. By no means am I fully healed but I feel a lot better than I did before the surgery.
