TweetClen/t3!
All joking aside
TweetI dont think she needs something that extreme. there are many supps that can help without going that route.

TweetAgreed but I'd almost saumoxypro is worse fore you. Was just in the news for causing multiple cases of liver failure. At least with clen u know what you getting. Lower dosing is fine. I personally don't believe in OTC fat burners
JUST TO BIG TO LISTEN TO YOU!!!!

I just think clen/ or t3 is something, if one chooses, they need to do their reasearch on. Both can have consequences the body can face. Like anything, even OTC fat burners.
There are many things you can try Mary, with a bit more info, we can better reccommend something. You said you diet is "pretty good"? Maybe a fat burner is not what you need? Seems to me that if you find a fat burner that works, it only works while you take it and when you stop...voila, that fat is back. Is your protein intake adequate? How are you macros, total calories in, and what is your training like? IMO I would not suggest anything like t3 or clen for you. Give us a bit more info/ if you will.
