      Where do you guys get your flax oil?
      Do they sell it in the supermarkets?

      I can only find it in the gel caps flax seed oil.

      If you guys know of any places I would appreciate it.

      Stick with High Lignan Flax and the consensus seems to be that oil is generally better than gel caps.

      At my local vitamin shop I can pick up High Lignan oil for $12 (16oz). You can't find it on the Net for that price (including shipping).
