      What's your Favorite "on the road" or "have no other choice but to eat fast food" meal. Mine= Chic- Fil-A chargrilled chicken club with an extra chicken filet and 1 liter of water. I know some will say you'll ways have a choice but I know for me a hectic schedule frequently allows life to get in the way.

      I grab for a bag of beef jerky. Or s'more pop tarts and coffee. Depending how long I'm on the road, as far as actually driving on the road. Otherwise if I'm out of town I pack a lot of food in a cooler.

      i bought this protein holder, it has 3 compartments for three big servings of protein/some kind of powder....

      BUT, since I am a fast food junkie, I LOVE 20 piece and fish meal from mcdonalds lol...or some sushi, which is usually quick enough

      Chipole burrito bowl with carnitas and fajita veggies, is not a macro nutrient nightmare.

      Whole foods has that food bar. The tiplia vera cruz and some rice is good without blowing it
