Hey guys i have a question. I made this custom oatme blend using quick oats and some other things the thing is it has 10 grams of sugar its raw cane sugar..... I am doing a fat loss phase now and carbs are only from the oatmeal..... Is it ok if i consume it pwo with a protein shake or is the augar content going to mess me up?.... Id only be eating it the days i work out...
