      Why do u choose isolate over the regular syntha? Just curious. And no I never saw that. :0 try to find my and post it up!

      Isolate is supposedly better absorbed than concentrate. I dunno. The isolate is more expensive

      Mass Tech but I use about 2 scoops instead of 5
      MHP Up Your Mass

      I don't usually grab just pure protein...I grab alot of meal replacement ones to get the extra carbs and whatnot...but the main reason I do that is because the meal replacement ones always seem to taste better

      I am thinking it has something to do with the extra carbs in the MRP vs regular protein....now, they claim that these carbs are more "complex" but i imagine any powdered carb will be less complex than eating food, obviously...sill, I don't get fat running those MRPs once in a while...

      I love all of Syntha-6's flavors! incredible...

      On whey, whatever is on sale, i eat just regular food almost every meal except a pwo shake and one in the morning with breakfast sometimes.
