TweetI just started to use 1mg klonopin to help with my bad sleep issues. I nothing keeps me down. 1mg of this and I'm up just twice really in the night. For the last 10 plus years I'm a 4 to 5 time up guy. So, im having to question what is better. Day after day of exhaustion or the fear of some addiction? I will say this I didnt plan on going every night. Will that help?

Tweetare you taking klonopin qnight gc ? if so , for how long? don't come off cold turkey if u been using it along time or in about 4-6 days youll start the withdrawl process and its awful. don't run out of klonopins either. just looking out for ya cause klonopin is very long acting. you need to be taken off slowly, very slowly by a dr.

TweetYeah strictly as a sleep aid. I do feel it in my system by day. Morning are a bit groggy. Been about 5 days now. I would rather gor every 3 rd day? Would that be safer. I dont have a an addictive personality.

Tweetoh, ok your using it sparingly . your ok q3rd day. you wont have no withdrawl. I thought you might be using it nightly then problems of withdrawl show up later in days to come but your fine gc. I took 10 mg of Xanax prescribed by a wacky dr then ran out and short acting Xanax put me to my knees with horrible anxiety and all I could do was go to the gym but it took a good 3 yrs for my brain to adjust. it causes you to forget everything I learned in nursing school. that's why iam not the smartest nurse out there and I forgot a lot of wat I learned.

TweetI also take that for sleep, and rls, but not daily. It is a slow acting benzo unlike xanax so I would think every third day would be good

TweetWell, to answer this quickly I put me on it. OK, I have been prescribed ambein, lustnesta and the seraquil something like that. Well. the sleep meds do not keep me down. I still wake but drugged. I have not looked into what you just suggested Unclem.
The seraguil is bad news it is for people with skitafreana (I know not even close). One of those mothers I was drugged for days.
So, I need to look into what you just suggested?

TweetI hope I spelled them wright I think its wright. there benzo sleep aids work a lot better then klonopin. restoril or temazepam or dalmane go with the short acting of the two restoril is the shorter acting one. you might not have the " hangover effect" with that. ambien is ok but not that strong. restoril at 30mg qnightly will work for you or q3rd night would be better so u don't expierence withdrawls from that benzo.
