      Ok, I've been slowly getting more supplements to help with workout and diet and my trainer suggested something like AminoX to use during or right after working out. Question is, and please excuse my ignorance here, will it be okay to take since I already take NO explode 30 minutes before my workout? And he also suggest Casin (?) I do believe that's what he said. I told him to break it down into kids terms for me and I still wasn't grasping the concept of both products. Heeeeeeeeelp!!!

      First of all...there are no stupid questions, please never feel like that as we all help one another learn. Now amino x is an amino acid delivery which will help with protein synthesis and muscle recovery while NO explode is more for muscle growthh...forgive me but my phone is acting goofy, pumps and vascularity. You can take both. Casein is a slow delivery of protein while isolate would be fast. Im sure others will chime in...I'm on lunch and i hope this even goes throug

      AminoX would be your Amino Acids, wether it be BCAA or ECAA. Many people take them during and post workout, including myself. Just like how many people will drink gatorade and such during a workout. I say keep it simple and skip on that product for now.

      Cassein is usually used as a "night time" protein because of it's slow digesting traits. Keeps your body fed through the night. Good, but exspensive IMO.

      Yeah its fine to take or sip during your work out. I'm sure you can find a cheaper alternative that's just as good by looking up micronized amino acids.its helps with endurance and muscle repair. Casein is great before bed specially if you'd rather drink that instead of eating cottag cheese due to the fact that it takes longer to break down so your body has something to digest while you sleep. Hope this helps

      Instead of casein( which tends to be think), assuming it is before bed, have some nonfat greek yogurt and almonds or PB, like unclem said. You can have before bed so you dont have to wake up at 3.

      Another option would be a scoop of whey protein in water/almond milk, mixed with Pb or some almonds

      the bad thing about my workout schedule is that MWF, i go before 7 and don't get out until 830 and it's 9 by the time I eat. I can't eat before working out so I make sure I have my snack about 4 and try to eat an apple about 6 since it's a slow digesting food. I have a protein shake when I get home but here again get massively confused on what supplement and when to use supplement lol Only think I know is that I take my NOExplode 30 minutes before working out. Thanks for all the feedback!! You guys are wonderful!

      I would drop th he no explode and just drink the amino x before/during workout. I personally use 5gram of bcaa powder and 15grams of glutamine mixed with water and a propel flavor pack.Fat free cotrage cheese is a good choice for casien protein right before bed.

      Ummmm? lol I use EVOO, I have tuna, peanut butter, almonds, yogurt and after that I couldn't tell you lol Couldn't tell you but a few because I know that are on the clean eating list and I use those the most.
