TweetSushi is by far the most nutritious food there is. Salmon, yellowtail and tuna are all super rich in omega 3's and as long as you don't go crazy with the soy sauce you'll be great. If I could afford it I'd eat sushi everyday. Try the seaweed salad too, its very good. I hear people say all the time "that's so nasty, how can you eat raw fish?" I really don't understand how some people can be so closed minded about trying new things, especially when they say it's nasty before ever trying it
