TweetI love this show! I've watched it since it came on and one of the main reasons I watch it is to show my family or at least hope to inspire them to get back in the gym. If these severe obese people can do this, can make the commitment to themselves and to Chris, it all pays off in the end, and just not monetary. I know shows like the Biggest Losers are to help inspire but I have a hard time with that show and some of the ways they promote weight loss.

I have struggled since I had my kiddo...17 years. You guys have seen my workouts and I truly appreciate all the positive feedback and encouragement. This past Tuesday when I was watching this episode of Extreme Weight Loss, I can truly say this is the first time I cried. I hope you guys take a few minutes to watch the link. I cried because even though I've fought with my weight, it wasn't to the desperation that she was. I hope that her story touched everybody that watched and inspired them to believe and love themselves.
