let me start by stating my schedule can get quite hectic, therefore i find myself putting down 1 or 2 more protein drinks than i want to rather than eating whole foods. typically i will have 4 good whole food meals and 2 protein shakes or 3 whole food meals and 3 protein shakes during the course of my day. i have been doing fasted cardio practically every morning, and following is when i down my 1st shake of the day. i am also doing more cardio at the end of the day which results in another protein shake going down.

so my question is that too many protein shakes for someone to be consuming while cutting leading to poor results?
