TweetThe only sugar I add to anything is my coffee so I use real sugar. A couple of spoonfuls a day isn't hurting me. I'd much rather see real sugar as an ingredient in anything over these fake sweeteners.

I think I am going to start paying attention to the shit they put in the protein powder...It could cause neurological problems, etc etc probably even depression..its bad shit
Not to mention, it can be addictive..where you start wigging out if you dont get it

Yes! I get my tp protein with stevia Choco banana. Taste great.
