      tourine is the only thing i know and yeah its only a temp thing you have to kind of a take a few throughout the day to keep it away im not sure what else baby might know though she knows a lot of tricks lol

      Uncle many people like to do a loading phase with taurine, then drop it down to a maintenance dose for daily consumption. 8-12 grams is common that I've seen. I myself noticed a big difference from 1tbsp to 2tspb 30 minutes before workouts...
