      I'm curious to hear opinions regarding diet fuel for the start of your day. I typically have a hard time without "something" to eat. I prefer 5-6 egg whites (1 yolk) with hot sauce, cracked pepper and a glass of "green goodness" juice. A half hour later, steel cut oatmeal and coffee. This is my "perfect" set up for a good day. I have a friend that swears by eating nothing until noon and he trains daily. He drinks shakes for a couple meals and is ripped to shreds. Personally, I feel depleted if I run that route. What do y'all do?

      I do realize there is another thread about what people are having for breakfast, but I am looking for opinions on what others view as "correct". My thoughts are basically that without the proper fuel, you will burn muscle.

      For me I do oatmeal every now and then with a banana.
      I generally have 2 cups of coffee prior to any food intake.


      But I almost always have 7 ounce extra lean ground beef, vegetables, and sometimes white rice.

      I think breakfast is one of the most important and should not be skippiedd. Ripped or not, I feel that way odf eating is hard to maintain on a longterm basis.

      Sounds like you have a good regimen going in the morning. We should all eat within an hout upon waking. I used to do eggs to but I just got sick of them. So what I did is created a shake and now I can drink my beakfast and do other things at the same time. It is filling for sure. This is what I put in it:

      1 cup Vanilla almond Milk
      1/2 cup frozen blueberries
      1/2 cup gluten free slow oats
      1 scoop of whey protein powder
      1/2 avocado ( makes the drink thicker and smooth and takes care of my good fats in the morning)
      1 tablspoon organic fiber

      I also make this for Fuzo but add a bit more stuff including 1 whole banana

      Then what do you do you all do in the morning? Go to gym? Go to work? Go to Dennys? I have a hard time getting going in the morning..at least lately

      Great input! I'm starting to think that the whole internal process of actually waking up and digesting food may lead me in the direction of a shake for breakfast when alternating from egg whites. I figure the actual energy it takes to break down a shake vs. solid food has to be less giving more energy back. I'm back to two-a days for training with some cardio and bag work in the am and gym time later. My schedules a mess right now and like most ppl here, training has to have priority-right along with diet. Thanks again for the input

      I only sleep about 4-5 days out of the week. but I start with tons of food and I love pizza and do my cheat day every sunday but other then that its work , gym, work, gym ect. I bring all my meals for the day in a small cooler. chicken, rice, oatmeal , steak, I know not cutting food but I dial it in about 4 weeks out. plus I eat a lot of t3- t4 and clen.

      eggs bread and oats usually does me rigt gives me some fuel soemtimes ill add a shake or soething in for extra go

      My priority in the morning is always the same - finding a pulse, or some other signs of life, so I have breakfast with a friend. Mr. Coffee.

      After that its english muffins, marmalade and a shake.

      I wake up and take a dump first before I think about eating. Then I go back and fourthe eod egg whites and oatmeal. Unless I am bulking or just not caring about my diet. Its eggs bacon muffins and fried tattors.
