Sounds like you have a good regimen going in the morning. We should all eat within an hout upon waking. I used to do eggs to but I just got sick of them. So what I did is created a shake and now I can drink my beakfast and do other things at the same time. It is filling for sure. This is what I put in it:
1 cup Vanilla almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup gluten free slow oats
1 scoop of whey protein powder
1/2 avocado ( makes the drink thicker and smooth and takes care of my good fats in the morning)
1 tablspoon organic fiber
I also make this for Fuzo but add a bit more stuff including 1 whole banana

Baby what type of Whey protein do you use? The hubs had some EOS that I've used and it was okay. I had another brand but it upset my stummy.
