FRIENDSWOOD, Texas—A Houston man was busted for selling illegal steroids in the Friendswood area, according to Friendswood police.
William Tyler Thrift, 24, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 3 with Intent to Deliver.
Thrift has been the target of an extensive investigation into the sale of illegal steroids in the Friendswood area. After a warrant was issued for his arrest, he was stopped in the 700 block of E. Nasa Parkway.
During the traffic stop, police recovered 200 grams of liquid steroids and 140 vials of HGH.
Thrift’s bond was set at $350,000.
