Tweetbaby i do a fast every October for the month.....its a water with one meal in the evening so from the time you wake till around 6pm everyday you drink nothing but water and then eat a good well rounded meal at 6......once you have eaten this you can eat up till 12 midnight and then start the fast all over again. I do this.....well i did this every year but last year.......it works very good for cleansing out the body but i would recommend that you start off slow like by just going to noon everyday for a week then go to 3 and then till 6 its very taxing at first.......i made the mistake of going on 3 day fast and wound up in the hospital for a week from dehydration....not cool.....you can look up the warrior diet is what i follow....hope this helps

TweetBottled water, if i lived where the water would come out the tap cold i would drink tap water......it really makes you feel refreshed you sleep better, things taste different, i feel like i get more out of what i put into my body after you have less of an appetite your meals become smaller.....

Tweetlast feburary i decided to do a 60 day juice only fast. it was fresh pressed juice out from a breville juicer. it was one of the best descisions of my life. at the tiime i was 320lbs, no energy, and feeling sick. after the fast i weighed 249lbs, i felt better than i ever had before. energy was up and down due to low caloric intake but my skin was glowing and i felt way better than 320lbs. blood flow was at its prime to my heart, brain, and even my nether regions....lol (i seriously thought it grew). the only downside besides it being a HUGE challenge was that i lost ALOT of strength. i started getting back into weight training/mma circuit traing/ kenpo. now i just stick to the gym and am dabbling in the other juice also. im getting ready to do a 2 week cleanse in a mointh or so, and will continue to do it at least once a year. its a great thing and i suggest it to everyone who can stand up to the challenge. some do 3 days, some 30 days, ive even heard of 100 days.
here is what i did for 60 days
morning juice (fat burner)-
1- grapefruit
2- oranges
1- lemon
3- carrots
1- slice ginger root
then 3 more juices through out the day of the MEAN GREEN juice
1- cucumber
4- celery stalks
6- kale leave and stalks
1- lemon
2- apples green
1- ginger root slice

Tweetthis is what I know of people doing and like it. i may get a juicer and try it
