      steak and eggs for me or either one singularly. better results through solid food personally but i will also bump what baby1 says about those guys quality products as well. taste pretty freaking awesome also

      Dymaixe XT is my breakfast with oats blended and three while eggs, dymantize iso100 is my post workout, dymantize elite is my third shake of the day...I'd like to give IML's iso a try but even with discount code shipping puts it more than dymantize iso100 which is hard to believe!
