CREATINE
TweetWhat are your thoughts on the use of Creatine for mass/strength building? What's the best brand to use?

TweetI use creatine daily and buy mine from True Nutrition, but TGB sells it as well and as soon as I finish the 3 pounds I have will be trying a different brand. I swear by creatine, it is the one supplement that has always worked for me.
