      Hey can anyone help me set up my macros for a bulk cycle. I am pretty good at finding foods to get my numbers correct once I have something to go by just not sure how to set them up yet.


      Stats 4 cycles, bf was @15% on calipers before and haven't gained any weight but not sure it is that low so let's say 15-20%
      I'm 5'3" 165lbs lost 25 lbs last 7-8 months and gained a fair bit of muscle
      I would say I am moderately active on average. HD mechanic when were busy & work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 12 hr days. lol gym usually 2 on 1 off while I'm working and at home depending on how busy I am but def. go harder when working out at home Bc once I'm there I make it count. Cardio when @ home a half hour to an hour. Working its a little more rushed so cardio is usually only 15 mins post.
      Last cycle was test e @ 500 week
      T-Bol @50mg first 7 weeks
      HGH @ 2 iu Ed 7-8 months and still on.
      Also on met right now @250mg 3times ED

      Currently I am getting no less then 375g of protein a day, and staying around the 400-430g mark for carbs at the moment. My fats come from EVOO in shakes and natty peanut butter. Going to start throwing down some almonds as well since my wife buys so much of them.

      But what weight are you trying to get to? Most will use 1.5g of protein and 2g of carbs, but work up to that, trust me, it's not worth it lol.

      get you some coconut oil ez. that stuff is like gold

      and ez nailed it. 1.5-2g protein and then play with the carb and fat ratios to find what works best while keeping the fat at bay

      I had a whole gallon or it. But wife found a list of like 150 uses of coconut oil and it was over with lol. Lotion, makep remover, face moisturizing, all kids of crazy stuff. Been needing to get another gallon of it off ebay though, I think they run $60-$70 for a gallon.

      screw that man i get the big lb lb and half jug at walmart for like 4 bucks. it's organic also. 2tbl spns with each meal that doesnt have carbs and its game on. helps joints hair, and damn near everything else in the body so you cant go wrong with it

      I was at 200 grams of protein, 135 grams of carbs & 60 grams of fat last cycle.

      Reason why I asked is because my first goal it to hit 250, and that is what I base my protein and carb in take on. I went from 190 last December/early January of this year to currently at 233 yesterday. Top abs are visible, but I don't know if they'd show up in a picture lol. 17 more pounds to go.

      Maybe think of a goal, say 190. Hit that, then set another one. I'm new to this bulking deal to, but it ain't easy eating so much, and that's the truth bro.

      Congrats on the color change in your name as well!

      I would say if I was to set a goal it would be 200 Bc I have been there before. My first cycle I hit 200 and then dropped to around 185-190 and was 185 but a lot more fat when I got back at this. I'm the lightest I have been since prob. grade 10 but the least BF so it's nice but def. need some size back so 200 for now.
      Nice work on the gains man.
      So if I based mine as wanting to be 200 I would start at 300 protein and up it as I want to grow. The reason I want my macros set up is Bc If I have set numbers I am more likely to track it better kinda like OCD lmao so I need to set something just for my own brain. Right now I'm not tracking but prob. Around 150-200 protein still and making sure to get lotsa carbs with the met.

      Just remember to work yourself up on your calories, other wise your new best friend will be your toilet lol! Check out Guns thread to Nationals and 5150's thread on Dogg Crapp. Lots of great info in those 2, plus it will amaze you to see what these 2 beast of men eat daily.

      I read some of 5150's but need to take the time to read it all thoroughly but not on iPhone. Lol I see they eat crazy amounts as well as buddy that has the IP gear log.
