Reason why I asked is because my first goal it to hit 250, and that is what I base my protein and carb in take on. I went from 190 last December/early January of this year to currently at 233 yesterday. Top abs are visible, but I don't know if they'd show up in a picture lol. 17 more pounds to go.
Maybe think of a goal, say 190. Hit that, then set another one. I'm new to this bulking deal to, but it ain't easy eating so much, and that's the truth bro.
