TweetDidnt realize there were other types of yeasts you could consume. Havent heard of those two types of yeast.
Im reading a book called "the secrets of people who never get sick"..and there is a whole chapter devoted to brewers yeast. Its been around since the ancient egyptians and used for its health benefits. Its a lot more than just b vitamins. It is dirt cheap.
